Winterhouse Book Review

 Yes. I read lots of books about hotels. But they are…. cozy..?

Okay. Anyway. Winterhouse is about a girl named Elizabeth who is sent by her aunt and uncle to Winterhouse, a big hotel, for the Christmas holidays, while they go on vacation. She can’t figure out how; they’re very poor and they definitely don’t have enough money to go on vacation, much less to send her to a hotel for the month.

When she gets there she meets new friends, explores Winterhouse, and helps to unravel a mystery.

These are so good. I’ve read them, um… a lot of times… just like all the other books I have…

There are three of them; I think my favorite is the first one.

2. The Secrets of Winterhouse
3. The Winterhouse Mysteries

I really love this series because the author included so many word games and puzzles and riddles that the characters have to figure out. I’ve learned about palindromes, anagrams, word ladders, and more from this series. These are truly great books!
